Are the advertised prices fixed?
They’re starting prices for a defined scope. After a short conversation we’ll send a written quote with the exact scope, price and timeline — nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.
Where can I see your prices?
Each service page lists its packages and starting prices — start from Services. Anything marked “quoted to scope” is priced after a short conversation about what you need.
Is VAT included?
Prices are starting points for a defined scope. Your written quote confirms the final price, and any VAT, before work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Ireland?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses anywhere. Prices are shown in euro; if you’re outside the eurozone, we’re happy to talk it through and quote accordingly.
Is hosting included in website development?
No — hosting is separate, so you can choose. We can host and look after your site on a care plan from €29/month, or deploy it to hosting you already have.
Who owns the website and its content?
Ownership of the website, code and content is set out in writing before the project starts, so there are no surprises later.
Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We can redesign, speed up, fix or extend an existing site. If you’re not sure what state it’s in, a Website Health Check is a good first step.
Can you take over a project from another developer?
Yes — that’s what Tech Rescue is for. We start with an assessment so you know exactly what you’re working with before committing to anything.
Can customers book or pay online through our website?
Yes — we build online shops, booking systems and customer account portals where clients can view invoices and pay online. Payments are handled by established providers such as Stripe, so card details never touch your website.
Can you help us show up on Google?
Yes — our local SEO service covers your Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and on-page SEO, with a monthly report. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, so we focus on doing the proven work consistently.
Do you build AI chatbots or AI receptionists?
Yes. They answer from information you’ve approved, can take bookings and enquiries, always say they’re an AI, and hand over to a person when they’re unsure.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes, through our hosting and care plans. Each plan sets out what’s included; work beyond that, and new features, are quoted separately.
Do you offer business cards and printed materials?
Yes. We design the artwork and coordinate printing with trusted print partners. Printing is quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.
Can you manage our social media?
Yes — from setting up and branding your profiles to monthly content. Each package spells out the platforms, number of posts, who supplies images and copy, and how approvals work.
How does a project begin?
Tell us about it using the enquiry form or by email. We’ll arrange a short call, then send a written proposal with scope, price and timeline. Work begins once you’ve approved it.
